There are many things you can do. Do you think it is SAD you have?
SAD make "ME" feel from October to April the following :-
Low mood/sad
No motivation
Feeling of wanting to "hibernate"
Unsocialable ~ seclusion
Lethargic / Weak / Lazy
Sleepy
Exhausted
Probably more, but hope this helps you.

These are some of the things I do to help me. Sometime it does not work at my lowest point.
- support group of any kind
- be patient and loving with yourself
- Spirituality helps
- start with the small stuff
- light therapy and dawn simulator
- spend some outside - I walk my dog for 1/2 hour up to an hour on a good
-there are days I just cannot get out
- reach out when you can like start a discussion or make yourself call someone
- Volunteer 1 hour a week
- One day at a time
I am not a doctor, but it certainly sounds like sad.
