When I have used it every day of the week, I take that as my start date, normally mid march, and up it to 10 minutes. I have to up it gradually otherwise my eyes suffer, and I just up the time depending on when I feel it's not having as good an effect. I add in an evening session when I hit 45 minutes, and usually do an hour my the middle of winter.
