Have a lightbox... use it to get my butt out of bed in the winter time - hard to get up, when it dark outside... but when the light comes on... makes me want to throw the thing out the window, so bright. Read some where if you spend too much time in front of it, could spark anxiety... go figure. Just use it to get up... that's all.
My Vitamin D level is 35 ng/mL. I also have vitiligo and because of that, my doctor has told me to stop using my light box. I did not think to ask why. Even though it was helping, I have stopped. I had been thinking what to do for my SAD. I am going to take Vitamin D to increase it to a safe level.
Are there any other suggestions?
