and each year I try modifying it to make it work a bit better.
My plan for this year is using my Carribean Sun 10K LUX light box daily, exercising outdoors (walking the dogs), and using treadmill on rainy days, eating well (no sugar or caffeine) and finishing up my IV infusions at Chronicity. This year I plan on putting up a Christmas tree... the first time in 3 or 4 years!
And getting OUTSIDE as much as possible!

It seems to be setting in earlier this year. What with the added stress and everything else. I am taking vitamin d, but this weekend for example I am already feeling the onset of symptoms I didn't have very much last year. This does not bode well.
I have also been feeling the depression and irritability setting in.
I made all the kids costumes and we carved pumkins and we're going to go trick or treating. We decorate the house for all the holidays and make seasonal goodies and play with my animals, all these things help, but we can't do these things 16 hours of the day.
