Exercise helps. If you have a regular exercise regiment, then I would try to find a way to continue it. Dress for it, or find a way to exercise somewhere else, like a long walk in the mall, if it comes down to it.
Do you have a light box and what supplements are you on? Remember that St Johns wort can take up to two months to start working, so start it early.
I find 5HTP works well for me. I started my St Johns wort late, and it is taking a while to build up in my system.

Great that you are on Meds now...your batteries need to recharge. Different meds work differently for each person. so, after the right amount of time, if you aren't feeling better, make sure you get back in touch with the doctor...sometimes talking with someone helps too...a therapist...
