About mid May-some time in September I feel like I can't function as well. When that summer heat comes along, bringing that blinding sunlight, so does the misery. I get nausea and headaches from direct sunlight, which I'd dismissed as just me being weird, but my acupuncturist suggested that it could be a vitamin D conversion problem. Is that something common? I love fall and winter, even though the rest of the world complains about it, and I like spring, though it makes me a bit anxious because I know what's coming. It's hard for me to get things done in the summer, to find the wherewithal to finish projects, and I find myself feeling less confident. Glad to talk to someone else who experiences this kind of thing. What do you do to combat it?
