I feel my first "slide down" in mid- September. The next "slide" is down at DST. This year I felt it like a punch in the gut. I drag myself through the holidays and then, I cocoon. My sleep goes backwards and I can feel like I'm working with less brains than usual. lol It's like a mental fog. I could go onand on and on. I really want to talk with you.

I live in Pennsylvania. Love my woods. Miss my hiking. This is the Poconos - honeymoon land. The only other place I've lived is in Los Angeles (Hollywood). This country mouse did not like the city. There was plenty of sunshine out there (through the smog). lol
