Hi I'm 14,


I was diagnosed with scoliosis about 2 years ago and I was put into a brace for about a year and I came out of it 6 months ago and I'm having a lot of pain, I have my 6 month X-ray soon and I'm really really stressed and worried that I might have to have surgery since I'm noticing lots of pain,  I'm really scared about having the surgery because things could go wrong and I will be in lots of pain. 
So lately I haven't been able to sleep because that's all I think about so I was just wondering if I could have some support and someone to talk to, thank you

Maybe you just need to go back to the brace?
I dunno. My curve is super mild and only requires monitoring. But the older i get the more pain i experience. (I am in my late 30's now)
I hope they say bracing again and not surgery for you..

Hey I’m also 14 and I’m in the same situation. It’s going to be okay. I know a lot of people say “the surgery will help you don’t need to be scared” but it’s okay to be scared. I get to go to my doctor soon to see if I need surgery but I know that whatever the doctors say it’s always for the best.
