First of all hey there everyone I just recently found this website and joined. I've heard about something called the Schroth method and I've been interested in it. I've been looking for people in my area that practice it and not finding many in my area, the only one I did does not accept my insurance so that's out of the question for now at least. Before I continue though I'd like to hear from people personally who also have scoliosis and tried it and had any luck. I have severe scoliosis and the last time I've checked my curve was somewhere in the 70 degree range. I'm looking for something that will reduce the pain that I have in my upper and lower back and hips. I've tried chiropractic and that didn't help much at all.
