Pain for 4 years

I’ve had pain for about 4 years now. Comes and goes but is mostly present. Has been getting worse lately so went through different dr’s, therapies, diagnosis’s and finally found I have scoliosis. I also have hyperglycemia so it’s really bumming me out. I try to keep a smile on but it’s hard when I’m alone. I get sad and feel down and worried about my future. I’m 28 years old female. Been controlling the hyperthermia myself but this scoliosis is completely out of my control.

Can you take tablets such as ibuprofen? Those work for my scoliosis pain. If not, try muscle rub/heat pads as these are also good for pain relief, Have your doctor's suggested any treatment for your scoliosis - brace/surgery?

I understand your pain and it can really get you down sometimes, but you're not alone.

Yes I can but they only relieve my pain for about 30 minutes. I use Tigerbalm on bad days. It works but the smell is a bit embarrassing. My coworkers already know that when I they smell the balm it’s because I’m in pain. I would never get surgery. I do not want to fuse my spine together. It starts from my sacrum all the way up to my neck. They suggested adjustments and maybe muscle shots or something like that.
