Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has used an inversion table as a tool to relieve pressure off of the spine and if it helped at all?
What are some methods that you guys have had success with to help manage the back pain? My daughter used chiropractic care but that seemed to make it a lot worse! The Orthopedist didn't help, they just said everything looks normal. She has an S curve with a 28 degree up top and a 27 degree in the middle. She is always in pain and experiences some numbness as well. She ends up with bad back cramping that makes it hard for her to breathe. It would be nice if the Drs. would tell us where to go to from here? Should we see a neurologist? A pain management specialist?
