I'm sorry you are having a bad day and are in pain. How bad is your scoliosis? My daughter was born with scoliosis. She had cast for years and now wears a brace. Do you wear a brace? I know a lot of times I don't remember my daughter is wearing her brace and think she can handle things she can't. I ask her to pop up her shirt to remind me and her teachers that she can't do it. I also tell my daughter to remind her teachers if she feels she can't do something, even like sitting on the floor with the other kids is hard, so she ask to pull up a seat instead. If that doesn't work she I told her start her sentence with "my mother says", and that usually works.

Its over an 80 degree bend so the doctor skipped the brace and i have to get the operation may-june time we have to sit on plastic seats in every class as well and because of how bad the bend is the seats make it feel a lot worse. All the school do is put an ice pack on it causing the muscles to tense then the pain even gets worse this happens even if i tell them it makes it worse.

Ok, I am so sorry. I can't imagine the pain you are feeling. Is there no way you can get a brace until your surgery. You are so strong and brave!! Is there a different seat you could have made available to you personally while you are at school. Thanks for sharing your story. I don't understand how anyone could think you are faking. The only thing I can imagine is because it's nothing something they see, they just don't understand. Hang in there ok.

Coming from someone who grew up with scoliosis and a fused metal rod in my spine.
I can say from my own experience with teachers constantly harrasing me to sit up straight infront the entire class. I’ve dealt with this issue by addressing the teacher privately if you have trouble confronting her infront of the class. I did this and the teacher became very understanding once I explained to her the issues I was having sitting up straight inclass.

With the pain issue no one will know the pain your are in because some people just won’t understand certain disabilities. I’ve had people slam my back into walls then ask what’s wrong lol. People are really nuts and have a hard time observing issues from your perspective.

I would recommend you try to find someone who could veiw these issues from your perspective and try to work with you to fix or just live with these issues.

If your books is an issue carrying around try meeting with the your teachers or someone hirer up if your teachers aren’t trying to help you. Explain to them the issues and pain you are having with carrying these books or having someone else carry them for u.

My solution to this was keeping the books i needed at school. And if I needed them to take home I would ask for an extra copy to keep at my house so I wouldn’t or anyone else have to carry them big ol textbooks around.

With the lonliness, lostness that comes with having conditions like this. I would say to never forget that you are never alone even though it feels like the world is against you. Someone could be going through the same thing or even worse.
