I had therapy today and it went great. I talked to my therapist about all of my entries to my diary including one about my dream where its a dream within a dream within a dream and im paralyzed and being touched by someone but when i wake up and i got hit in the face with what i thought was a pillow and when i woke up again nobody was there but these dreams are normal for me. We talked about my meds and switched my psychiatrist. Everythings Great !

the morning news this morning one of our commentators goes thru make up to look pretty much like your avitar...little more toothy but big smile like that and jaw his make up was done by hollywood pro's it was pretty cool to see....but me I just liked your sharing and thought I would tell you about our little Timmy LOL his smile was awesome!
