I think it's part of the illness Max and perhaps too much time alone. When there's nothing left to watch on t.v. I like to watch stuff on my computer at Netflix or solarmovies.

Have you contacted the local NAMI.org group for outings. It might really help to keep the hallucinations down. My psychiatrist told me isolating makes the delusions worse.

Hi Sword...yes, I have come to the same conclusion = isolation. about a month ago, I had pulled myself out of the senior center lunches because of a little tiff and then paranoid feelings so I am returning for regular lunches on Monday.thru Friday.. this should help and one yoga class on WEdnesday afternoons. I will check out the Nami thing..thanks. I should have seen it coming. It is MY MAIN ISSUE, both a cause and a result of my illness...I have my first lunch date with someone from an online dating site tomorrow...that should be interesting (an OWS person) but I'm not counting on it, but a lack of an intense relationship has been one of my complaints to myself, maybe nothing I can really do about that.thanks again

i would encourage you to step into your fear...its all about who god is in you and who he is in everyone else ...your aware of him in everyone else and they are not... and it creates a separation between you and them all the while ...your missing the fact that its him in you connected to them also ... coupled with a semi weak ego on your part... and a semi judgmental or (protective, defensive) personality... which has an effect of throwing you into your own corner socially so to speak...
there is a reason for this happening Max...your inner psyche that is closer to god and smarter than the child/man that you know yourself to be ...is showing you your weaknesses ... hes showing you that its okay to not be isolated and be yourself and love other people in who he also is in... if you realize this ... you will become a magnet of love and the magic of life will bring you what you desire

how else can he work on you from where he is in his reality with you...
but from inside you with his Ominous personality..

yes your not alone ...
but your self judgements are in the way and he is showing you what they are ...

if you dont understand anything im saying ... thats fine too... stick with what you know... and enjoy the limited version of what we dont know
and keep guessing

have an open mind ... its what it is ... face the fear and walk into it and see that there is no harm ... being aware has its benefits ... but you can see them until you trust what happening is part of who you are...

Hi Caz...you're right,, I didn't understand what you are saying except perhaps that we are all connected to one another...it's just that I don't want these people in my brain. My hope is to return to going to the senior center here more regularly and lessen my isolation and hope that that does the trick...you are a very spiritual person and I admire and like that....so thanks for your perspective..
