The man on the stairs

I saw the man on the stairs again this morning. I keep seeing someone flash pass the couches and its annoying me for the most part. I see things coming out of the mirrors towards me and then they disappear. But the voices are getting impulsive and annoying they talk about random things all the time. I wish they would stop for once nothing helps anymore.

It took me over 35 years to find the right med combo. Keep trying. Something is bound to help these horrible symptoms go away. Just remember that what you are seeing and feeling are not real. They are a part of your illness. Talk to you pdoc about them. There is help out there. You just have to keep looking until you find the right person who can customize the drug coctail to what you need. Don't give up ever!

Sorry that you are having a tough time :( I'm still trying to find the right meds and stuff...

When I had voices that were random, out of control, and confusing, I began to write them down. It takes time to write them down, and I found mine slowing to a pace that I could manage. Eventually they agreed to have only one spokesperson per topic, so even without writing them down, now I hear only one voice at a time.

You should ask for his name. At least if he is going to live on your stairs he should at least introduce himself. I ask my creatures and shadows to introduce themselves all the time.

That really should help I will try to write down everything they say or maybe annoy them by mimicking them for awhile to make them stop that could work?
Mona I'm way to scared to talk to him but I guess I could try he reminds me of my imaginary friends when I first met them so I can try to see if he'll talk the next time I see him hopefully he gives a name.
