Terrified

For so long I can remember being so terrified of my own death. I picture suddenly not being in this life. I get so scared of what will happen to me after I die. It terrifies me that I won't be around anymore. My stomach turns into knots and I feel as though I will vomit.

I dont know if I am allowed to get religious on this site or if you even want to hear about it but I am a Christian and with my beliefs I can rest assured that I will go to Heaven when I die so there is no fear. The bible says "absent from the body, present with the Lord". My faith helps in all aspects of my like. You might want to pick up a bible and read the new Testament. It talks about Jesus and what he did for all of us so that we can be in paradise when we die just by accepting him as our savior. Look it up sweetie. I hope it will ease your fears. It has mine.

plywood you can get as religious as you like as much as you like...
anytime anywhere .... any thing to help us in THE RIGHT DIRECTION,
in our daily lives is very welcome and the good book is the best advice anyone can get.... period

I'm not at all religious - I worry about death sometimes but only when I find other things are going wrong with my life. When things are back on track I find I just don't think about it.
