It makes me sick. I wish they would down play the mentally ill part though..makes us all look bad because of stigma. Tragic though. All those little children, little caskets, so close to Christmas. Those parents are must be besides themselves with grief. I picture my nieces and nephew's in that situation and I just want to cry. It would be the end of my world.

My family is devastated too. That could have been my son's school just as easily.

And yes, I did feel a twinge when they started talking about mental illness because it only increases the negative stigma.

I will never understand why anyone would kill innocent children and people because of their sick vendetta. Its happening more and more frequently. We have to find a serious solution and find it soon.

It is vexing that the general public fails to discern the differences between different psychiatric diagnostic categories.

Anyone with a mental illness is overgeneralized as "nuts" or "crazy."

There seems to be little disctinction in peoples' minds between: depression, psychosis, retardation, psychopathy, addiction, etc.

I find this very frustrating ... even among the educated sector, there is such misconception about mental illness.

Totaly senseless. No words can explain or describe.
The worst is, outside of the loss of life, is the damage this goofball has done to the mental health community.
The normies want all with a mental disability locked up & heavily medicated when they see news like this.
