Preparing for my appointment

I have a counseling appointment next month perhaps the fourth. I really hate to say this but I'm not sure its because my thinking is all clogged up when I was younger, 8 or 9, I rarely heard faint voices that weren't real. Now they are louder but randomly from me possibly buying alcohol? Because right after I finished this bottle last week with my friend, it got completely worse! I do take anti-depressants so maybe that was a terrible idea. This voice comments on what I do. So maybe i put too much pressure on myself? My parents n I dont have the best relationship and I dont think they would believe me but perhaps my counselor. I NEVER thought it would get to this point. This was my worst fear. And the toughest obstacle because i dont know if I can keep my boyfriend or my friends without seeming odd. And I also need more coping skills cause I am my own problem now. I feel like no one will like me now.

Real people who truly care about you will like you. My advice is to tell your dr what you are going through. Be really honest because there are other medications for it. Perhaps you are beginning a delusion and don't want to get psychotic and end up in the hospital or in trouble. A good medication on the right dose should make you feel like you are on nothing and have minimal side effects. Its hard to find the right medication for some people but its is possible. Then you wont be hearing any voices have any negative feelings about your childhood or feel bad. you can call your counselor and ask to have a sooner appointment. no need to feel so stressed. there is help out there. good luck.

I take topamax twice a day, along with 150mg lamictal. And ive taken other meds before. N I dont want to be all more medicated cause i can barely think. And then every now and then I hear something. These meds cant let me finish my sentences. My brain fog has worsen. But i will tell my doctor about that. Maybe he'll taper me down. I just hate of it getting worse if i do. Tho i would b going thru withdrawals.
I just want it to go away like when I was young. Cause ik I was able to push thru it. That it was not real and at the time there was no evidence of children getting diagnosed. Btw Im currently having a ear ache. After I had what looked like rubeola\ measles. I think my immune system is pretty bad rn. Does infection make symptoms worse?
