I just recent actually it was yesterday took up Meditation and so far so good :) It releases me and it calms me and my voices down easy we work together when i breathe in they count to 5 and then they say let it out slow and its my turn to count down the rest. Its been great :)

Dorkieyorkie thats the challenge for me getting my mind to stay focused on relaxing and becoming clear my voices have conformed to the idea i guess they like it or something which is awesome
