Muriel Hemingway's new film Running From Crazy

This is FYI to All: The above named movie will appear on OWN, I think Nov 1st. You can view a preview on OWN online. Muriel discusses her family history of suicide. You may be aware that her grandfather was Earnest Hemingway. There have been 7 suicides in the family. Seems this film will be informative and hopefully inspiring.

Someone mentioned to look out for "The advantage of being a wallflower." the name puts me off but has been a few on DS that have raved on about it.

Will have a look out for running from crazy. I'm in Australia so tends to take time before they get here if we get them at all.

Thanks for the FYI on the OWN movie. ...I just have to remember now when it comes on.

I am going to look up "the perks of being a wallflower" on Netflix and see if I get a hit.

Nope it is not streaming on Netflix yet...still on DVD.

The Wallflower movie title sounds familiar, dreamshadow. Would you happen to know if this is a newer film?

"The perks of being a wallflower" was based on the novel and came out in film last year 2012.

I need to correct myself. Sometimes I miss-read, or misunderstand things I read. The "Running" movie will be out in theatres starting Nov. 1st. However, you can see a bit of it on the OWN online. I think that it is interesting that she has had 7 suicides in her family. It is common for once one person takes their life that others are at greater risk for suicide. However, SEVEN? She also explores how she has been able to keep herself from doing this as well. Tough topic, but it may help someone out there!
