Just checking in with everyone! How are you all? I am on and off okay when my mental state allows it. I am still hopeful working with my therapist and my boyfriend as my support to nurse my son when he's born. I am 37 weeks now and showing no signs of labor just yet. But I'm in it for the long haul when he's ready he'll be here. My symptoms as I said are on and off. When on they are horrible and I don't think I'll make it but I think of my little angel and it keeps me going. When they aren't as bad I can deal and brush it off. I'm struggling with the fact that if I don't claim sanity schizophrenia will claim my sons childhood. I'd hate for him to think back to his younger days and remember me in that way ever. I am striving for the better these days so if I find a way to avoid being medicated forever I will! People do it all the time and I've wanted to for so long my son is even more of a reason!
Well I hope all is well with you all :) I hope the next update I write for you all will be of my labor having gone smoothly and me and baby having a successful nursing relationship.
