Schizophrenia Support Group
Schizophrenia is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a mental disorder characterized by impairments in the perception of reality and by significant social dysfunction. Untreated schizophrenia is typically characterized by demonstrating disorganized thinking and experiencing delusions or auditory hallucinations.
I am sure it's safe to say that most of us don't work and many of us receive disability. I would like to compile a list of activities to do to keep productive throughout the day. Feel free to add to this list:
1. Exercise and keep active, go for walks, biking, dance, etc.
2. Read, self-help etc.
3. Healthy cooking and grocery shopping
4. Walk around outside and around the mall to get exercise
5. Arts and crafts for creative expression
6. Volunteer work or part-time work if you are able
7. Meetup/support groups in your area

10. Asking that well connected person you know about anyone needing odd jobs.
I also like to play games with my mom like monopoly, scrabble, cribbage, speed, or Yahtzee.
