My doctor will not see me until June, I've been having some bad episodes of
Paranoia and voices, any advice on how I can cope until I get my meds ? Any suggestions would be appreciated..

Listen to some music with your headphones in..Go for a walk mediation, anything to keep your mind amused and occupied. Wow, until June thats a bit away. I suppose you dont have a talk therapist?

Call your psychiatrist and as them to refill your prescription meanwhile. They should have no problem doing that for you.

I agree with Sunny about getting prescriptions filled.
Other than that, if your current doc is totally unavailable for so long, you could try getting a different psychiatrist who is more available. They might even be better and you could switch to them permanently.

Hospitals will give you freebies. I don't know if your insurance covers emergency room trips.

My hallucinations at work went away when coworkers started talking. Put on a youtube video or the radio.

Music doesn't eliminate them _ _.
