I can only handle going out with certain people; my best friend, my mom, and my favorite cousin. I haven't dated a man in more then 5 years. My best friend is one of my only friends. So, basically I have very few close people in my life. I don't have a job so I don't have to go out for that. I also worry about people judging me all the time. I worry about the reason my cousin hasn't gotten back to me after me bugging her so much is because she found out about my schizophrenia or something like that. I am so scared of those close to me finding out more about me. That's another reason why I haven't had a man around in so long. I just don't want to hear the judgement and all the questions.

I'm just going to force myself to go out everyday. I can't live my life stuck at home. No matter how bad it is in public, it is better than staying at home and deteriorating. Walking around is better than being stuck all day in one spot. This is not the life I want to live.

Even if people judge me or if I embarrass myself, it will not kill me :) I noticed that people can't be judging so much in public because I never do. They don't care much.

I try to go for a walk a couple of times a week with my mom and the dog, but that's about it; except going walking around the mall on occasion. I do love to shop. That's one of the few things I can stand doing. I just can't handle much in life.

Be careful, because you are at risk of being prejudiced to yourself.

Prejudice = pre judge

What I mean is, you might be at risk of judging yourself harshly before anybody else. And then you would be limiting your life out of fear. And that would not have involved anybody else until later.

Try to be accepting of yourself and other people can follow that lead.

I came to believe a lot of the time people probably are judging you. But a lot of the time your right they aren't even thinking about you, cause they don't really care. I just tell myself when i think someone is talking about me, I say, they probably aren't , but if they are I dont really care. I found that if you show weakness even the people who dont care will kick you when your down, I never understood why people kick people when they are down. It's almost like a naturaul reflex for them. Like my grandma said" don't worry about other people" Dont giv a shit what people think, just keep moving forward and doing what's right for you.

This is me down to a tee. I avoid going out because of people talking about me, judging me and watching me negatively, its ruining my life. I'm sorry I cant give you any positive advice BeingStro but try and hang in there and ignore those around you.
