I woke up at 4:30 this morning and it was dark of course, the curtains on some of the windows are see through and I sware someone was watching me from out there. I couldnt see them but they saw me I know they did. Its so scary to know that people are just watching me all the time. I'm terrified to be down there when its dark now because who knows who will be out there watching me next time. I saw someone today just standing there but it was a reflection he was just standing there looking at me and then people wee just walking around the house as usual. I thought I saw someone with a white jacket on sitting on the couch but I guess not.
I will tell you a story. When I was a little girl I was afraid of dogs. My mom would have to walk me around the house and show me that there were not dogs in the house and that everything was secure or I would not sleep.
Perhaps you need some reasurance that you are safe. I understand being scared. Fear is your alert system telling you that something has gone wrong. You need to settle this with yourself. Check out the situation. I am not telling you not to be afraid. I am telling you that if you are afaid, be sure that you can name you fear. Sometimes this helps, strange as it seems.
