Hi, I used to use this forum a while ago but then I went to uni and got really busy and forgot about it for a while, But since then I've dropped out of uni and I remembered how useful this place was so I'm gunna put in a lot more effort into being active and thought I'd just introduce myself quickly - I've been diagnosed schizoaffective and am currently on abilify 30mg and epilum chrono. Im 20 years old and currently unemployed, although I'm at the point where im gunna start seeing how much work Im going to be able to do.

I also have a blog at http://windmillminds.blogspot.com/ which I am using to share personal accounts (all mine so far but I will be looking for guests to do some posting so if you are intrested please contact me) of mental health issues with ana im to raise awareness, so if you like it please pass it on, the more people who read it the better!

Welcome back. Is epilin crono for bipolar? So you are sza bipolar type? Just wondering. I have never heard of that med. I mean, I have heard of valproic acid but never by that brand name. I wonder if the US carries it or not. I think not. Anyway, I am glad you are back with us and I will now go take a look at your blog. Be well.

Welcome back been racking my brains all morning as to if I have seen one of your posts before. How long ago where you on?

@ Caz Uni is short for university the same as your collages. Well depending on what Uni you go to. As some have a much greater reputation.

Yes I am the bipolar type, and I think its a med similar to depakote but I only have to take it once a day rather than three times, which was really helpful for me.

I was on here about january time it must of been I think, maybe a bit ealier about september?? It's hard to be precise really, it was quite a while ago though.

Good luck with your medication blackburst, I hope it settles down soon!
