Haven't had a cigarette in about nine months. They were driving my stress level through the roof! I feel much better. I haven't had to go to the ER lately. My breathing is much more comfortable. I also have much more money.

...good for you. You are doing what is in your own best interest. I am happy for you. You are the bearer of your own destiny and you seem to be doing fine. Life is about balance between quality and quantity. Have a good time and enjoy the simplicities...

I gave up smoking a little over 500 days ago and feel great! It was hard at first but actually quitting I think not only helped with stress but also my depression and hallucinations a bit. I was able to move out of my parents and get a puppy with the money I saved. I quit when my mom got cancer from smoking for 40 years. She is still with us which is great but the chemo left lasting forever side effects. She is smoke free too. I am so proud and happy for you! Congrats!

Good for you, that's great! Smoking is really bad for you, it will kill you, and it costs a lot of money. Congratulations on stopping. You will feel much better soon.
