Sarcoidosis is an immune system disorder characterised by non-necrotising granulomas (small inflammatory nodules). Virtually any organ can be affected, however, granulomas most often appear in the lungs or the lymph nodes. Symptoms can occasionally appear suddenly but more often than not appear gradually.
Since surgery for the LP Shunt in Sept. 2010, a week later I got horrific pains around the linning internal but not in the vaginal canel,on both sides lasted for days.An OBGYN came in said there was scar tissue but didnt find anything,ultrasound and other test was clear.I now live with them as yet another new sx that comes and goes.Why so many sx.I do believe it is systemic or whatever is going on with me,since joining here Sarc best fits most if not almost all of my sx to a ( T ) Anyone expirence this type of pain. Just curious ! I had a bone scan all clear and yet suffered from the most dreadful tailbone pain ever,I could not sit,lie,or bearly stand and have a since of comfort,it lasted almost 3 months ! Like the Charlie cramp i had in my left calf again lasted almost 2 1/2 months. Thanks everyone xxxx Be Weelll mommies4
I dont get pains down there so to say but i get stabbing pains in my lower stomach (i'm guessing where small intestins or overies are)
I've had them forever. Every now and then it just feels like someones stabbing me in the gut. I have an appoint with a GI doc here soon.
