I usually weigh myself every morning, way to much I think. I think it should be in how you feel not what number the scale says. I have to get in the habit of doing it once a week.
I've been really freaking out about this lately to be honest. I tried once a week not too long ago and it kind of backfired because I have an eating disorder and I restricted to make sure the weight wouldn't go up in the week that I was trying to avoid stepping on the scales. So now, to reassure myself, I let myself get on them. I know it isn't right. I know I should stop, but it's so hard. Sorry, too much spillage, but I really don't know what to do.
I do it every day. I heard it was better to weigh your self every day the same time, because then you have an idea on what might have caused you to gain/lose from the day before.
I get weighed in once a week. I belong to Weight Watchers. My goal is to lose 100 pounds, I am down 60. Today I ran my first Capital City Commit to be Fit 5k and I finished in 54.28..I have One more race in 2 weeks....
How often do you weigh?
This week was different the doctors weighed me at my appointments.
