BUMPING cuz I love it. I tweeted this with the hashtag #spoonie on Twitter, lol.

thanks to my self-medicating on prednisone, I think I'm at the "3" now ("This is distressing. I do not want this to be happening to me at all," lol).

BP (before pred)last week I was 4-5 ("My pain is not f***** around" to "why is this happening to me")

I swear I'm gonna print this out for my rheumy, lol!

Prefer it to one used in hosptial & offices. Imagine walking in spotting one of these charts.
I'd like to see the faces of some of the patients.
