i'm a bit competitive. i think it was more that i didn't realize how little i moved around. i was like, sure i have a desk job, but i go up and down those stairs at least 4 times a day, sometimes a lot more. and i walk around the building, and go food shopping, blah blah blah. i wasn't breaking 3k steps on a 'normal' day.
the slice of cheesecake my husband ate AFTER he ate his meal was 1,530kcal. just the cheesecake. i'm not sure what the calorie count of his meal was, but he got a burger and fries. A MACARONI AND CHEESE BURGER. a hamburger that had a patty of fried macaroni and cheese on top of it.
i had an order of steamed edamame and a flatbread with tomato, mozz, and basil. and a fingerful of whipped cream from hubs' plate.
