I am amazed that you were able to walk as you did. Sometimes when I overdo it - I can barely walk for a few days. Watch doing too much.

what a treasure to have a granddaughter. she will probably never forget the time you spent together. it makes the pain more tolerable for me if I know I am sacrificing it up for someone other than myself. that walking in NYC for my daughter's college graduation was barbaric but what are you going to do?
i had the guided deep injection crap on both sides at the "pain management" place. it did not do much. maybe it would work for you ask about it.

As for this hamstring thing, it is still giving me a lot of trouble, but I have had this last 4-6 months in the past, and that was from walking too much too. Thanks again for all of the suggestions. I will definitely check into all of them!
