I found Diclofenac (Voltaren) to work really well for my joints but I felt really sick and dizzy on it. Naproxen didn't do much and it gave me GERD.
Mobic worked the best for me, but then it started making me sick.
Ask your doctor if you can try a few different ones. I've found that you have to be on it 2-3 weeks before you notice the full effects.

I stopped using Voltaren when a new warning came out a couple of years ago -- but I think I was also taking naproxen and mtx at the time, so I thought it best not to overload my liver with so many harsh drugs.
