I get the hoarseness very often.
Since I have a cervical fusion it confuses me. As I've had sharp pains deep in the throat that are really hard to describe. So I've heard the hardware can irritate the cords. Hard to really know what's causing what. Then the Sjogrens.
Choking when swallowing to & lump in the throat feeling, like something's stuck.
Comes & goes but could not imagine this being an every day thing. For that matter if it occurred on a regular basis it would drive me a wee bit crazy.
So much we don't realize can be linked to RA.

If you haven't, it's probably RA related. If you have, it could be a variety of things that when detected quickly, can be treated well.
