Hello there! Have a rheumy appointment today to get follow up Vectra and other bloodwork after starting Rituxan in June. Does anyone know if your Vectra score would be different depending on time of day or day to day? Woke up feeling a little stiffer than I have been, but appointment isn't until later in the afternoon. Would my score be different in the morning than it would be in the afternoon? Just curious.........
Year later, had another Vectra test, right before an infusion. I had waited a little to long for a Retuxin infusion, was feeling horrible, I expected the Vectra score to easily by as high as before, if not higher. The score was 18.
My Rheum was thrilled - is a great believer in looking at test results, but also looking and touching my joints, and asking me how I felt. He convinced me that taking a low dose of Pred, 5 mg, for 2 weeks would be OK and said I should call sooner for an infusion.
