My family physician told me he really doesn't know if the copper helps or not but suggested I talk to my rheumy tomorrow when I go as she may have a preference for something like this.
In the mean time I guess I will keep praying my ankle doesn't fully give out. If it does, then I will be praying no one saw me dancing!
Checking with your rheum and or a physical therapist would be whom I would suggest about finding a proper support...also read customer reviews online
when fitted for the ankle splints by he PT I got a full lecture on use and atrophy. also my buddy in town here is now sporting two casts thanks to having ankle fractures, that synovial fluid and high use is a killer. so mabye see someone if your own self splinting does not work
