I spoke to my Rheumatologist about, we increased my Methotrexate dose and it subsided.
Good luck and let us know what happens.
But the truth is I often have some tingling and maybe a little "hot" feeling in my fingers and toes even now. I strongly suspect that MTX and any biologic that is "working" isn't a 100% alleviation of ALL RA symptoms. The tingling may be just very low level RA symptoms that, without the drugs, would be serious pain. I can live with a little tingling. It just reminds me that despite the suppression of serious symptoms by the drugs, I still have RA.
By all means, mention the symptoms to your Rheumatologist. But maybe, you are experiencing successful treatment, but just feeling the little bit that the drugs can't fully suppress.
