Some of us have very few "feel good days" and when I do, I am very guarded at what and how much I do - but I do enjoy the "feel good"

I was doing great on 6 pills/week. Went up to 7 this past week and felt like I'd been hit by a truck. Thankfully, it was shortlived. We'll see what happens this Friday (what a way to spend a weekend ;))!
Exercise if/when you can. When I am fatigued, exercise seems to help -- a LOT!

Can seem like such a tease.
Blue is right, at least with me, I'll over do when I feel good.
Then boom I'm back to feeling like I'm 100 yrs old.
Although I've had my days where I can't find a good explanation as to why I feel pretty good & then so so bad.
Kind of like my moods on prednisone, from one end of the spectrum to the other. (Big sigh!)

I always, without fail, get rebound thumping by The Enemy if I am audacious enough to behave like all is well just because I have been Tricked Into Thinking I Am Not So Sick After All......It is usually the lure of trying to do something about the garden that catches me out...... Not so much housework......
I reckon the secret is not to let it know you think you are feeling ok. So no busy days and catching up!!!
