The RF refers to rheumatoid factor and I believe that it should be below 20 IU/ml

My blood work had decreased, but my last visit to the RD showed an increase and she made the comment that many of her patients were in a flare.
My doctor is focusing on getting my SED rate below 30 (for my age and since I'm female). If it doesn't go down before the end of April, she wants to try different medication.
I don't know what meds you have been on or how long, but your doctor may just be watching to see what works and what doesn't.
I've been at this for a couple of years now with some ups and downs, but not found the right "cocktail" to keep me level.
Sounds like right now you need to allow yourself lots of rest. Keep those feet up!
