I am guessing that I am out of alignment and have a difficult time compensating for that.
I don't know how to predict when it will happen or fix it when it does, but I just know that it occurs.
My SI joints were where I first noticed anything odd. Even prior to my feet, but just so. I had trouble turning over in bed at night. I always attributed it to horseback riding accidents as a kid and a very physical job. Both which may or may not play a part in all of this.
Does anyone else have these issues?
