Hey, hey sunshiney day...and right now, at this very moment there are fingers of sunshine peaking through my bedroom window and it feels good to be alive, to see winter start to crumble and fall to her knees ever so slightly.

I haven't been on here for awhile, just plodding through my life, trying to stay healthy most of the time and not always succeeding. I have had to introduce a cane the odd time now and learn to pace myself more and deal with more pain and have had my Remicade treatment intervals increased, but I am still here and today I am enjoying the bright light of the sun, communing with my cat and drinking coffee out of a fine blue mug and life feels sweet here in my little corner in Canada.
