my rheumy sent my script for xeljanz to the pharma they use. then i went on vacation and didn't call them back. then i called them back and they were like, you'll have to fill it through optumRx.
and then optumRx actually APPROVED my prescription! amazing! but for some reason the prior authorization thingy my rheumy filled out and sent to the first pharma is not, like, good enough for optumRx.
however, they told me my copay was only $50! shocking!
of course, now the right side of my body is like stupid. across the top of my foot is really painful, and my wrist and hand are like stabby painful. added to my normal 3-4 pain level almost body-wide.
i'm actually kind of excited to start taking xeljanz to see if it work. and i'm already breaking my my vogmask face mask to help protect myself from idiot germs.

This seems to be more of the norm among our members over the past year or so - what a system we have to deal with!
