Well the steroid injection in my hip has left me with the not so lovely side effect of a "steroid flare" and I can't move my hip/ leg without sever pain. My only restroom is on the upper level of my house so I'm confined to bed rest. Guess it does a body good though I haven't been resting enough since my knee surgery. Blessing to you all. If it's nice where you live I hope you can get out and enjoy it!!
