kind of over this whole thing. i'm working five days a week, about 30 hours a week. i still have to finish school and the idea of taking classes on top of this is making me... ugh. it's horrifying.
my shoulder is so bad and my back hurts a lot more than it has in the past, too. probably as bad, if not worse, than when i had three herniated discs after a car accident. it's hard to wash and dry myself.
add in my hands, and it's pretty painful to dry my hair, do my makeup, and do my hair in the morning.
and my feet. it's hard to do... well, anything because of my ankles and toes.
oh, and the hips. they affect everything. i'm sitting on the couch typing - not moving - and my hips hurt. it makes it hard to do anything. and the hips plus shoulder and back issues make SLEEPING annoying. i can't roll over without being in pretty serious pain.
just took my third dose of humira; no change yet. still waiting on my most recent blood results.
now add in 'life'. add in taking care of a sick husband last week. we brought my cat piglet to a holistic vet because traditional western medicine alone isn't helping her. so now we have to figure out how to pay for weekly acupuncture. i emptied my savings account for a $300 nutrition consultation so a veterinary nutritionist can design a plan for piglet. she's missing all four canines, two premolars, has a degenerative dental disease, feline herpes, and is in kidney failure... we estimate she has about 25% of her kidney function left. once we have a tailor-made diet (either home cooked or raw) our food costs should drop, but still. add in having a horrible night's sleep last night that included very disturbing dreams... ugh. i feel like i need a vacation, but we don't go away until october (THANK GODS).
i just feel like i'm out of control again, and i don't like it. at least i have therapy tomorrow!

Hope that piglet is feeling better soon, poor kitty! Things always seems like things showball so fast.

sadly, friday can't be my day off because of case conference (i'm a drug counselor) but i'll still have a day during the week where i can do NOTHING.
