For the next seven days, highs in the mid 70's, lows in the mid 50's. Finally. Most likely will have a dip in temps once more for three or four days before mid March but frost may be behind us for eight or nine months. The clincher for Spring beginning, our cedar trees have begun to get a slight yellow tinge, just beginning procreational activities. Pollen season is here...but so is warm weather. Nice, very nice. Romaine is up, kale is up, radishes are up, onions look good, planted pansies and daisies this weekend in planters. Two weeks will begin germinating double purple angel trumpets (Datura, the flower pic by my name, btw it is a night shade). Wishing you folks warmth very soon.
Spring has come to NM, too. Strong winds and a large brush fire yesterday, at least a month ahead of schedule. If anyone has rain or snow they don't want, send it this way.
