in your regular policy what is your deductible and co-insurnace?
how far would you have to drive to find a normal primary care that is not practicing" i-opt-out-of-insruance-and-insurance-billing-and-expect-these-hijack-premiums-only?"
and how far again to find a rheumatologist that is not opting out? now the specialists in your area are all opting out? my gosh
what DMARDS and/or biologic and/or prednisone are you on to control your disease or symptoms?
did the doc do anything else besides the liver enzymes blood work wise?

what is the solution?
my rheumatologist does not prescribe pain meds. everyone has a different practice regime on here. if you mean narcotics
the pain management place just sticks needles full of cortisone into various places. into me.
i don't blame you for being disgusted about not having access to care.
