just a small suggestion.....you need to do balancing exercises. as we arthritis patients are more prone to falls. do some balancing exercises so that your leg muscles get strong. so find some videos in youtube. they are very helpful.

I can relate. Today is my fourth day in a row calling in sick to work because my pain level has sky rocketed.
My Rheumy started a steroid dose pack for me yesterday and it is starting to help. I'm planning on trying work tomorrow.
