Thought I'd try the new Vicks ZZZ for sleep! I must truly be special, went to bed at 9 pm it is now 4 am and haven't slept at all!! Starchy, my daughter will be dropping my grandsons off at 6 am and I will be zombie nana.. I sure won't ever take that again. Trish

Zombi Nana! Love it Trish. So close to Halloween too I'll have to let my mom know about it for when she takes care of my nephews next month. She hates to dress up for it but loves the holiday.

Scarlett, just go into to it knowing it might backfire. Grandson goes to school at 8 then it is down on the couch!!! My husband has been awake since 12:30, our dogs keep him awake. So we will double up on the nap. Trish

Never could get a nap, but boy oh boy did I sleep that night. Last night we had 2 of the grandsons so the kids could go out to dinner & have alone time. We had a good time, the babies are 5 & 3 the 6 year old was with his dad for the weekend. This is something we try and to about once a month so "the kids" can retain their sanity and keep their relationship bubbling. I told my hubby this morning I am so happy to be able to do this; I know when I was being mommy I would have given big bucks to anyone who gave me a hand. Anyhow fall has hit here in central CA, its my favorite time of year, but RA is kind of having a field day with me. I do resent hurting, but I am not going to let it ruin my time. Trish

Some meds such as sleep aids, benedryl, etc. can actually have an opposite effect in regards to the "sleepiness" effect. Mostly it's in people with ADD type personalities.

I've had a few doctors point that out to me with one of the twins. He is a little ADD but has those opposite reactions.

I definitely have add tho benedryl actually works. This is the 2nd otc sleep aid that has reacted in the opposite way. Hope you're enjoying the day. Trish
