My rheumy gave me flexaril for sleep. 1/2 a pill before bed each night.
It puts me out within an hour, but usually 4 hours later I am awake, and then it is too late to take another before I have to get up for the day.
So, I am with you, something that would last about 6 or 7 hours without being groggy in the morning would be wonderful.
