As for dropping things, grip strength is an issue, to say nothing of deformties. I have been working really hard on increasing my hand strength, and lately I notice I am not dropping stuff as much. But I could not be doing that if my meds were not working.
I hope you get an answer as to what the tremors are, and it is not serious!
It's frustrating. I do get shakes sometimes but that may be due to my inhaler I use for Asthma.
